The Harmony 3616

The Harmony 3616 was our first new contemporary post and beam model that we built.  The design features a butterfly roof whereby both pitches fall into each other.  The home cantilevers in all 4 directions, minimizing your foundation footprint and the costs.  The modern post and beam home floor plan features 1600 sq. ft. on the main level and 600 sq. ft. in the base for a total of 2200 sq. ft.  This is a view-oriented plan and has Kitchen, Great Room, Master bedroom and Master bath all facing that direction.  The first-floor master is very spacious with a 18’x14’ room.  The master bath is 16’x10’ featuring walk-in shower, double vanity, toilet and of course a soaking tub facing the view.  Convenient Jack and Jill entry to the laundry from the master.   A second bedroom and full bath are also on this floor for your guests.  The lower lever has bedroom #3 with a full bath as well.  In addition, an extra family room that is 14’x16’ with a walk out deck facing the views.  Not only is this a modern post and beam home design but also a timber home.  We use Douglas fir rafters and 2×6 Douglas fir tongue and groove up in the ceiling giving you just enough warmth in your new contemporary home.  This panelized post and beam home is shipped in small wall panels sections on can be erected very quickly.  We provide full in house drafting with AutoCAD blueprints ready for permit submission.
