The Pedestal 2020 Floor Plan

The Pedestal 2020 is our most popular size Pedestal home.  The floor plan encompasses 2100 total sq. ft with 1240 sq. ft. on main level; 460 sq. ft. in loft and 400 in the base.  The pedestal home floor plan can be a 3 bed/3 bath with 2 Family rooms or 4 bed/4 bath.  The minute you walk in the door you will notice the vaulted Timber ceilings.  The living room is especially note worthy with its gable window wall pointed straight at your view.  The dining room, kitchen and living room all flow nicely in the open floor plan.  The master is on the main level with walk in closet and a master bath featuring walk in shower and separate jacuzzi tub.   Bedroom #2 is also on the main floor right next to a full bath.  The loft floor has bedroom #3 which features a 12’ shed dormer and a full bath as well.  The Pedestal 2020 cantilevers 10 ft. in all 4 directions off a 20×20 base.  The smaller footprint of the pedestal floor plan means less excavation, erosion and foundation costs, perfect for the steep slope lots that nobody wants.   We build our prefab pedestal homes in small wall panel sections that allow us to ship anywhere.  This panelization allows for quick erection time protecting your home the inclement weather.  We provide full in house drafting with AutoCAD blueprints ready for permit submission.
