The big daddy of them all.  The Grand chalet home plan features a Prow front where the walls angle out 4’ at the center.  This is what gives it the classic Chalet look.   This chalet home plan design allows us to fill up that wall with doors and windows.   The Prow is typically directed at your view which brings the outside in.  As you walk into the foyer, looking up at the ceiling, which is also the loft floor, you notice the Douglas Fir floor joist with 2×6 T&G flooring.  It gives you a sense that there is something special about this home.  As you walk through the foyer you are greeted with 22’ high great room.   The vaulted room highlights the chalet style home kit design with Douglas fir Rafters and Tongue and Groove ceiling.  It is the show piece room.  The 20×24 Living room has all the room you would need for a large entertainment gathering. Off the great room is a 16×12 Kitchen, and 16×12 dining room.  The first-floor master, 16×15, has walk in closet and full bath with separate tub and shower.  Amazingly, the great room, kitchen, dining and master are all situated to take full advantage of the views.  Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, full bath and an open loft looking down onto the great room.   We can customize the size and design to specifically meet your needs making your home. your home.
