The Grand Cabin Floorplan

As you enter the foyer your eyes are drawn to the loft floor above which is our Douglas Fir floor joist and 2×6 tongue and groove.  This whets your appetite as you proceed into the great room.   The post and beam home kit design stands out like no other as you enter the room with 22’ high ceilings.  The end wall and gable is full of glass doors and windows to take full advantage of your view.   This post and beam home plan as drawn is 2975 sq. ft. to your left of the great room is the is a 16×12 Kitchen and 16×12 dining room.  The first-floor master, 16×15, has walk in closet and full bath with separate tub and shower.  Not many plans are able to have all these areas, Great Room, Kitchen, Dining and Master, with extraordinary views of your outdoors.   Upstairs you have 2 bedrooms with an optional 3^rd and a full bath.  Nice balcony area overlooking great room keeps the openness theme going.  The entire upstairs is fully vaulted with the same Douglas Fir Timbers and Tongue and Groove ceiling making it feel even bigger than it already is.  Our post and beam homes are complete customizable.  We have in house AutoCAD drafting to allow you to create the home and plan you have always dreamed of.
