The signature feature of this chalet home plan is the Prow front.  The Prow has walls that angle out 4’ at the center which give it the classic chalet home look.   This chalet home plan design also allows us to fill that wall up with doors and windows up to the ceiling.   The ridge is 22’ high which gives you so much volume in the room.  This plan has 2400 sq. ft.  The open chalet floor plan has a 20×24 living room, 16×12 Kitchen, and 16×12 dining room.  All three areas are situated to take full advantage of the views.  The large master is also on the first floor with walk in closet and full bath with separate tub and shower.  A convenient laundry room is right next to the master.  Upstairs is 3 bedrooms large bedrooms with 2 full baths.  All of these rooms are completely vaulted with fully exposed douglas fir rafters and tongue and groove.   If this plan does not meet your needs, we can customize the size to do just that.  Our chalet home plans are either 24 or 28 feet deep and then we work in 4’ increments, i.e. 24×36, 40, 44 etc.  Customizable and beautiful.  This is a home you can live in now and retire in later plus room enough to have all the kids and grand kids come visit.
