Base Chalet Floor Plans

Chalet Style Homes 24×36

Contemporary chalet house plans are extraordinarily unique. Through the front door is a 22-foot high ceiling at the peak with Douglas Fir Timbers and Tongue and Groove ceiling, leaving most clients who see these Chalet floor plans in awe of the volume, the natural colors, and the warm feel of the wood. The Prow front is the highlight of this design. This side of the home, typically pointed towards the view, comes out 4 feet at the center point. This unique design is one of the defining features of Chalet-style house plans, and Logangate takes these Chalet floor plans to the next level by being very flexible.  Our Chalet floor plans have in-house AutoCAD drafting, so we can custom-design the layout to meet the needs of our clients. The open plan has a 16 x 14 living area, 8 x 10 dining, and 10 x 8 Kitchen. This Chalet floor plan shows 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a master up totaling 1400 sq. ft.  Each bedroom has access to a full bathroom available to guests. The master upstairs is completely vaulted with a 20-foot dormer, giving you full wall height. The other side of the master bedroom is dedicated to the bathroom and closet, which have additional storage. The upstairs in our Chalet home plans can be left open to a railing or walled off, depending on individual client wants and needs for their contemporary Chalet house plans. At Logangate, our Chalet home plans‘ flexibility and adaptability are part of our expertise, and we can customize the size to accommodate anything. Our plans start with a base size of either 24 or 28 feet deep. From there, we work in 4-foot increments, i.e., 24×36, 40, 44, etc.

Chalet Style Homes 24×44

The Chalet 24×44 plan starts with a timber-covered porch roof to welcome our clients as they enter their new dream homes. Once inside, the 22-foot high clerestory living room with the post and beam ceilings becomes the focus. The chalet floor plan lets our clients locate doors and windows to take full advantage of the outdoor views. The Prow front is the highlight of this design, allowing the side of the home, typically pointed towards the view, to come out 4 feet at the center point. This design feature is part of what makes  Chalet floor plans from Logangate luxurious and unique. Our Chalet 24×44 plan has 1675 sq. ft. with a master bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The open chalet floor plan features a living room 14×20, 10×18 Dining Room, and 11×13 Kitchen. All 3 areas have a great vantage point of your views. The 15×12 Master has a huge walk-in closet and a large 12×8 bath. Upstairs features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. These rooms are fully vaulted with the same exposed Douglas Fir rafters and Tongue and Groove. Full dormers on each side allow for full-height walls. This chalet floor plan has everything and will feel bigger than the sq. ft. numbers. Our chalet home plans are 24 or 28 feet deep, with increasing sizes in 4-foot increments (i.e. 24×36, 40, 44, etc). Logangate Chalet-style house plans are customizable and beautiful.
